2010

Countdown at MOA

2009 has been a stressful, but definitely wonderful, year for me. Stressful – tons of work, –insert whatever word here– boss, change in the contract, and work-related stuff. Looking back on this really pisses me off. And unfortunately, it seems to be the same this new year.

Wonderful, because as you may already have known, Pats came into the picture. Yey! And I’ve always been happy since then. And our out-of-town and out-of-country trips are only secondary. 🙂

So to celebrate new year, I went home to my family, just like last year. We’ve always celebrated new year together, out-of-the-country during the previous years – except last year. But I do miss celebrating it with our other relatives though. Way back, we normally spend it at Malabon where most of our relatives reside. There were lots of food, loud music, and firecrackers. Videoke sessions, and stories occupy the house. Oh well, things change.

Last year, we also celebrated New Year’s eve and countdown at the Mall Of Asia. GMA 7 once again held their countdown there. This time though, the crowd was very huge. The place was uber crowded as, I assume, there was no countdown held at Makati. If I’m not mistaken, ABS-CBN held theirs in Makati last year. So, everyone went to MOA instead to celebrate. Nevertheless, we were able to enjoy and savour the happiness of the countdown towards the incoming year of the tiger.

My Family at MOA

So, from me and my family, Happy New Year! Have a blessed and wonderful year ahead. \m/

Welcome to the Tiger (not Woods)! Welcome 2010!
